I placed an order on 5/25 for 2 items. On 5/30 one item shipped and the other went on back order. I opened a ticket one week later (6/6) to see if I could get an update on the status and got no response.
I attempted to get the status again yesterday (6/14) and got no response. I also went to the basic contact us page and tried to get information on my order that way. I have gotten no response to anything and can't find a phone number or any other way to contact them.
This morning I sent another message and told them to cancel the rest of my order and credit my card. I don't have much hope that this will happen since I can't get a response to anything, but we'll see what happens.
