I have been doing business with Cimco Recycling in Ottawa Illinois for the past few years.
Everytime I've taken something up there to scrap, I have weighed it ahead of time on 2 seperate scales to make sure of the weigth. But when I get it to the scrap yard they always short change me on the weight.
