Due to the large volume of customers and shipments we handle, CJ Environmental is unable to return your materials to you. However, we can assure you that all of your items will be recycled and/or discarded in accordance with federal regulation.
Thank you for your understanding."
Then, I contacted them back and they said that they couldn't retrieve it back for me. Plus, I would have sent it to my local scrap yard but they gave me an offer saying "... OR if this is because you haven't had a chance to ship your items yet, right now is a better time than ever! The price of gold, silver, silver and platinum are through the roof. If you can get your packages over to FedEx within the next 3 business days, we are willing to extend our $50 Cash Bonus to you!!!"
Then, I sent my scrap over because of this special cash bonus. However, I got nothing back and I wish that I sent it to my local e-waste center.
Do not ever use this company again! It's a scam.
