I ordered an item on line. I received an e-mail confirming item was ready for pickup. When I arrived at store, I was told that someone had already picked up item. Which was impossible because I had not authorized anyone to pick up my merchandise.
I had the paperwork that was needed to pick up merchandise. I could not understand what was going on. I felt that the staff, (clerk (s), manager. Etc. Thought that I should have just said OK and left.
They knew that I was not the one that picked up my merchandise, which was between $200 and $300 dollars. I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong, when they gave my merchandise to someone else who clearly was not me.
I stayed there for 2 hours, waiting for them to decide what to do. That was a terrible experience. I hope no one else has to go through that with retailers.
