Service Merchandise Doesn't Care about Customers and is ABUSIVE!

My nasty experience was with the Service Merchandise, Superstition Springs store in Mesa, Arizona. I went to return a Christmas gift that was purchased there. Of course I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift but there was a Service Merchandise tag on it so I knew it belonged to that store (and they also carried the item).

THEY REFUSED TO RETURN IT (4 days after Christmas) and wouldn't even give store credit. The assistant manager, Dick (appropriately named) Weiss, told me I had to have a receipt. He was rude and almost scary.

This guy is like MR. LOW CLASS by the way. When I persisted, he told me TOUGH * (expletive that rhymes with pit). Great customer service! When I complained to the store manager, Kevin Schroeder, he never even responded.

I then complained to his manager, Scott Parker. No response. I complained all the way to the top to the owner of Service Merchandise, Sam Cusano, who never responded. Can you believe it? Don't ever shop at service merchandise!!!
