I ordered merchandise from this company about three months ago. They sent merchandise, however it was the wrong merchandise.
Upon informing them of this, they sent FedEx to pick it up and claimed they would ship the correct merchandise once it was picked up.
That was three months ago and I still haven't received the merchandise.
Calling them is impossible because all you ever get is a recording saying their lines are busy. I did get through once and they said they would look into it, however I haven't heard anything back.
