Poor Service, Not Delivered on Promised Date

I ordered a TV on Friday, 10/7 and spoke with Henry, directly. I told him I needed the TV by Thursday, 10/13. He charged me over $100 plus 6% interest in order to ensure the delivery by that date. I never received a tracking # (as also promised). When I called the week of 10/10 for my tracking #, I received a voice mail stating that they were closed for the week in observance of a religious holiday. When I called the # listed on my credit card invoice, I received another voice mail stating I had reached a real estate company? I also sent an e-mail directly to Zibdirect's listed e-mail address and also did not receive a response.
