I purchased 2 Swiss replica watches from www.swissreplicastore.com on December 29th. I received a confirmation number/information from their company: Label/Receipt Number: EE33 3245 772C N. I received both watches on Friday, January 22nd, and sent both watches via USPS on Saturday, January 23rd per their return policy. I never opened or wore either watch that was sent to me. I returned both in their original packaging as well. The only response that I've received from someone at their company named "Jackie" asked me to provide a receipt number; which I did. Their is no telephone number to reach this company at either; only e-mail. To this date, I have not received my refund in the amount of $205.60 (less their processing fee).
