I ordered one Louis Vuitton purse and one Chanel purse. Putz Style charged me $337.99 per purse and said that I was getting them at 70% off. They also claimed that they were real. I gave them my debit card number and they charged me the first time $337.99 x 2 for the purses. The monies were taken out of my checking account. After receiving the products and learning that they were in fact NOT real, and not only that, that they were not even a good knock off (very poorly made), I called them on the 800 number that was in the bank transaction on my online bank statement. The person that handled my case could barely speak English. He said that they never claimed to be real and authentic, and that he would have to give my complaint to their billing department. I insisted that I get my money back, and asked where to send the products to. He would never give me an address. About a week later, I received a refund for both purses in my bank account. That was about two weeks ago. Yesterday, I was checking my account because I was expecting a direct deposit, and I saw that Putz Style took out $337.99 x 2 again from my checking account. I never authorized them to do so, and I went to my bank and tried to get them to stop payment. However, the bank said that I would have to dispute it. The manager at the bank took my statement and filed a report for an investigation. He suggested that I close my debit card and get a new one, since this company has been able to go in and just take money out of my account without being authorized to do so. I feel like this company is very misleading, that they steal money from your account without you knowing, and they send you fraudulent products that are not even worth a dime.
