I never authorized them to charge my checking account the $159.98 fee. I wanted to speak with a real person which never happen as they said they were closed on a Friday.
They made it sound that the fee was to be applied to my new card I was to receive in 10 days! I called my bank 1-800 number and told them that I never allowed them to pull the funds from my account. On top of this, this put my checking account in the overdrawn state.
My bank charged me $25.00 to block the transmission. Most important is to tell them right away! I still have to fill out a report but they are sending one out so I didn't even have to go to my bank!
