There seems to be a common theme with this company from what I have read in the complaint by others. I am active duty military and was depending on AHS to take care of maintenace issue for my home in another state. I have been underwhelmed by AHS. My experience is once they hand you off to a contractor, you are on your own. AHS does not seem to enforce any standards of conduct or thorougly follow up to ensure custome satisfaction. When AHS dropped the ball on a call I upgraded to an emergency, they did not call and apologize. I did not get a call from a supervisor to discuss the issue though I asked 3 times over several weeks and sent a rather pointed email. When I got a supervisor on the line finally, they were cold, and insensitive to my problem and my complaint. I said as a customer I was expecting more, and I would be hard pressed to renew my contract with them or recommend them to anyone. I intend to put my complaint in writing to the CEO. I hope he has better people skills than his employees!
