I purchased a 2yr subscription to Scrapbooks Etc on ebay from Subscriptions4less in May. I still have yet to receive it, after 3 months. I tried to email the company and their email has been disconnected, and their ebay account no longer active. Other people have had the same problem, however paypal only allows dispute during first 45 days after a transaction - as magazines require 6-8 weeks to start new subscriptions, that's not enough time, and very frustrating to lose $12.98, even though it may not be a large amount, to a student, it's still money I could have used elsewhere.
