Took My Money & Climbed Back In His Hole San Diego

In February I ordered a two year subscription to Consumer Reports magazine on Ebay with Superior Subscriptions. They also immediately sent me a confirmation email that the subscription had been entered and to wait 8-12 weeks for delivery. I have not yet received the subscription and I had sent multiple emails to Superior Subscriptions which have been ignored and also tried to contact via phone while his website was still active. On March 28th I received email from both Ebay and Superior Subscriptions stating that they could no longer sell over Ebay but Superior Subscriptions told me I could still expect to receive my subscription and told me where I could contact them to order more if I had other magazines that I needed to order. This is the first time on eBay that I had been ripped off, I hope the creep has a very slow and painful death when his time comes!
