Ordered 2 magazine subscriptions via their ebay store front in July. Paid same day via paypal.in September called magazine companies to confirm order, neither had received. Emailed company because they "guarantee" receipt of subscriptions, and they said they would look into it. Never responded. Exchanged email for three weeks and they never said what happened or that they would fix or refund. Stopped responding to my emails in October. Finally 1 subscription did show up but other did not. Confirmed in November that they still had not placed this order for the other. Not reliable or helpful. I am very disappointment with this seller.
