I ordered products from principal secrects back in may i tried products did not like called companywithin the week of receiving products requested no further products and take my name off of automatic ship as i did not want. Then in july i get products in mail i did not order and a charge on my account that i did not authorize. Called company they claim that there was no record of me calling to cancel order (i called several times) i then requested a return form was told at the time would be 10 days before form would arrive. Called 5 days later to check on status of form again no record of my call and order for return had not been sent. The first of august i sent products back with return receipt they received products in their warehouse on the 3rd of august.
I have called several times to check on the status of my return each time i get the same answer has not been prosessed will take up to 4weeks. I have tried to contact the better buiseness bureau in that area cannot find one and i have also tried the post master in that area cannot find the right area. Thank you for any help you can get me.
