I ordered some medicated shampoo and itch relief products for my dog on June 19. I called July 1 only to be told they had still not shipped the order although the products were in stock. The company rep could not explain the delay. My dog has been very uncomfortable so I wanted to cancel the order and buy the products from another source. But the rep kept insisting she was going to ship it anyway... Even though the products would not arrive until after the 4th July weekend. He had to threaten to call MasterCard before she would agree to cancel the order and credit our account. What lousy customer service!
