Purchased on 18 Sept 08 latest version of NERO 8 (searched by Google / top line!!!), register for 3 year membership/tech support for latest updates (highly recommended on site) paid with PAY PAL. Received NOTHING, try to contact customer support: [email protected] same result and
trough Pay Pal resolution center received answer from Nero AG this answer:
Dear customer, thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, Nero does not offer a 3 years membership. It seems that you did not place your order directly on www.nero.com, I regret. Yours sincerely, Alexa Piblinger Nero Customer Service.
Pay pal must be in charge too. This is not first or unique case with ADvance telecom inc.!!!
