My software (Printmaster Platinum 18) froze on startup. I tried several ways to get it going but failed. I contacted their tech support web site which gave me instructions that I followed but that didn't solve the problem either. I sent two more requeste for support but never got a response. I'm stuck with software that I can't use. It's sad that a buisness will sell you software but not provide tech support.
