On 4/26/07, I purchased the software package NERO 7.0 from Software Outlet.com, order # 721911. On 11/17/07, I ordered the software NERO 7.5 from SoftwareOut.com, Order #769260. They sent me another NERO 7.0 instead of NERO 7.5. (I have never received the NERO 7.5 CD that I paid for plus the shipping charges from them.)
Since that time, I have sent various emails and snailmail letters to SOFTWAREOUTLET.com and they have not responded. When I try to call the ph #s they have listed, all I get is an ph. Message that you must call between, I believe it's 2pm and 4pm, California time. When I call between those times, it still the same message to leave a message and they never call back, just as they have never responded to my emails.
