Notwilling to help as stated

I bought a new razor... Had to return it un-opened. I was told there would be no restocking fees... I never got my full refund. And customer service is almost impossible to contact... I was put on hold over 20 minutes and had tocall back several times. To no satifaction... Not the kind of company id like to do business with
