I bought my child a motorized razor from wamart on thanksgiving. I didn't give to him until Easter this year. Opened the box, there is no charger and the cable to make it go spilt. Are you serious, I bought brand new or things to be broke? I called razor the company, they stated they could send me a charger and also the cable to repair it, but I have to install in do it myself. Really, why would a company make there customer fix there faulty products? I am a disabled single mother and cannot do that. I wouldn't do even if could, it is cable that is involved I can make it worse. Also they advised me to have a friend or family help me, in they won't have anyone assist me or fix / replace it. I don't have anyone to assist, nor should they make others be responsible for there product again. When I get help I have to pay to get services done, they won't pay for that either. So basically Razor the company is the worst to buy anything from unless you know not motorized etc. They will not assist and or fix there products at all!!! 120bucks I as a mother wasted for this kind of service! Will never buy anything from the again, and I will be spending the word as well..
