I bought my son a razor scooter for his birthday and got a warranty. At the time of purchase they explained anything wrong you bring it back to get fixed for free. They lied, now they say i may need a new battery which is 50 bucks to replace. Thats a lot for me. I wrote to razor with no response. I went to pep boys and they said to ask razor about it. I bought my oldest child a razor without a warrenty in the past and it had the same problem. I gave them a second shot and they let me down.
