Said unfortunately they didn't care

I called on August 18th for a return number to return uniforms. I was told by Drew to return the uniforms and a check would be sent to me. They received the uniforms I sent via UPS on August 22nd. I called on the 25th and was told that my return number 60036817 was process but the money would have to go back to the original purchaser. I told them that Greyhound had already taken the funds for the uniforms by keeping my whole check, and I could send them a copy of my paycheck stub for proof.

Holly Miller said that "unfortunately there is nothing I can do, because it's a process". Next I called the vice president of Lions Uniform Group Jeanna Peifer and reach her assistant Amy who said that there was nothing they can do it's a process. I explain to Holly and Amy that if I did not received the money by the 1st of September that my rent will be late and I would owe an extra $100.00 per my lease agreement. Their answer was "unfortunately" I just have to wait. On August 27th I called Lisa the G&K Corporate Assistant at 952-912-5700 and she told "unfortunately" there was nothing she could do either.

This is unfair business practice. They got their merchandise, I need my money to pay my bills on time. I don't have an extra $100.00 to pay a late fee and I had explained my hardship to them.
