Once again silkies has done this to someone else. I am going to keep this short and sweet. My wife Kelly received an card in the mail that said return thisfo a FREE pair of silkies to try out our product, so she sent it out. A few weeks later she received that free pair along with 5 other pairs in the same package.
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS ANYWAY IF SOME HAS NOT PAID FOR IT OR THEY HAVE ANY PROOF THAT THEY REQUESTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, DAAAAA! Now toaday I received a pat due notice that I owe them $13.98. No way!!! I am not spending my money on something that I did not ask for.
The next issue is that there i sno email address or phone number to contact them, ONLY BY LETTER. Thats crap. What kind of business has no customers service line or email account suplied to its possible future customers.
OK, its only $14.00, but it is the priciple that matters. This company should not be used or promoted at all. They have a scam that it ripping off thousands if not millions of Americans all over the country. I am going to send them a nasty letter telling them this. Once aging do not send in the card ladies and do not even buy them in the stores.
