They promise shipping within 24 to 48 hours, a tracking number, and delivery within 2 to 5 business days in the US.
You make your order and checkout as with any transaction online. You'll receive a order confirmation via email, and that is the last contact you will have with this company.
The products purchased with remain undelivered. You'll never see a tracking number. You won't get your money refunded. The so called testimonials from customers were selectively created.
Most importantly, you can send emails and call them long distance for months and never get any response whatsoever.
If you dig deeper, you'll discover a long list of consumers who received the same service. No merchandise. No communication. As the list of negative reviews grows on Ebay, the owner grows increasingly vindictive, accusing her customers of being deadbeats, thieves, and liars.
Not your average rebuttal or normal business practice. Eventually, you'll find the owner is a 28 year old girl and her MySpace profile listed under SuperStarPetLovers explains everything.
Say goodbye to your money, but please give the rest of us a heads up. You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and/or the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
