I sent a money order off for their product after viewing it online back at the beginning of November. I requested a refund near the end of November by email. The business did reply by email and promised a refund for the $22 I sent by money order. I think, I wrote the BBB and they never got back to me about the issue in late November. The company never sent me a money order out to this day and now it is December.
