I ordered cabinet knobs for some kitchen cabinets on October 23. Charges were posted to my credit card the following day and I did recieve an email telling me that the knobs would be sent out on November 4th. I called on Nov 4th and was told that they would be sent out around November 12th. I called again on the 12th and was told that they would be sent on November 22nd. I called on November 22nd to check the satus of my order once more and was told it would be the week of December 6th. On November 22 I canceled my order. Today is December 7th and I have been calling every day since November 22 to get my refund. On Nov 22, the customer service folks told me it would be 1-2 weeks until I saw a credit on my credit card statement. I still have not been credited the nearly $270 I was charged for this product. Each tme I call I am told that they are working on it. I wondered how they can charge my card within 24 hours for a product that they clearly did not have in stock but it takes them more than 2 weeks to credit me? My credit card company is now involved. Do not do business with american home plus!!
