Invested $2,700.00 on November 1 with the promise that I had a money back gaurentee. Contacted company at the end of November requesting a refund. Sent all of their product information back to them (Postal Confirmation Receipt 03052710000111975064) Was told every month since that the refund would show up on my next credit card billing statement. Was never received. Was told last month that the credit would show up within 7 to 21 days. Customer Service number has been out of order now all week and all emails have been returned as unknown. I think they've closed up shop and did not refund my $2,700.00.
