I ordered 2 cell phone cases from this company on September 16th. The money was debited out of my account the very next morning! I waited appx. 3 weeks and called to check the status of my order. I was told it was on back-order. I called back 3 weeks later, still on back-order. I called the third week of November and was told my order would be shipped to me on Friday, November 14th or latest Monday November 17th. As of November 28th I still did not get my order. I called December 1st and I was told once again it was on back-order. I called today, December 8th... Still on back-order!!! I informed them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a full refund. She said she would promptly ("promptly") do that and refund my money. I said thank you and just before I hung up she said, "Your refund will be in the form of a check". Before I could get a word in, she hung up. We'll see if I get my refund.
