I placed an order for a weight loss supplement on November 27 with this company. I have used bodybuilding.com for similar products in the past 2 years, but thought I would try this company since they had a little different packaging for this similar product. My bodybuilding.com orders always arrived in 2-4 business days. The shipping cost was about the same with this new company. Nothing came. I sent emails in the following weeks, with no response. I made phone calls with no response. I finally sent an email saying they owed me something extra because of this inconvenience. On December 18, they sent an email authorizing a refund, without explanation. I wrote back asking if they were going to send the product, like they should of. On December 21, they wrote and said simply, "no", we gave you a refund - with no explanation! What awful customer service! I have been buying what I need locally since November 27, to supplement, while waiting for my order from this company; at about double the cost. I could have gone straight to bodybuilding.com if they would have told me they weren't going to fill my order.instead, without a word, they waited 24 days to finish communication, at an extra cost to me of about $10. Again, what awful customer service!
