Daniel herbert of wellington fl was a nighboor of mine he lived four houses down from me. Daniel is a local property adjuster that my dad though he knew pretty well so when we had some water damage in our house due to the a. C unit my dad asked daniel to do an appraisal and he told my mom and dad that they should file for a lot more damage then their actually was. My parents refused and ended up highering another property adjuster since then Daniel Herbert has stalked and harassed my family for 2 years straight. First he had Vougn Genchi a friend of the family arrested for hit and run after witnesses came forward stating that Daniel jumped out of the bushes and punched Vougns car all charges were dropped. Since then he has called the police at least 20 times on our family always with false allegations. Daniel tried to get a restraining order against my dad and when my dad showed up at court with 11 witnesses against Daniel stating that hes a sick individual the courts ruled in my dads favor and granted a restraining order against Daniel for 1 year.
