I ve been receiving false charges on my phone bill from Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. Since March. I have called this company every month about removing these charges and they say they will but they don t-I complained to A T&T but the phone co. Refuses to help to help me. I have never agreed to do any business with Enhanced Services Billing, Inc., it has something to with voice mail that I never agreed to or signed-they said it was a mistake but they keep billing me for it.
I have been refusing to pay the complete bill and just mailed A T&T a letter about possible legal action against them as well because they are refusing to assist me-this is a scam and I m holding A T& T responsible as well.
