I called customer support about being charged for two minutes when the call is less than a minute. I notice the change when ATT took over Cingular.in the pass, before ATT was broken up for monopolizing reasons, seems they are back again.
I used a timer, 40 seconds and less than a minute call, I am being charged for two minutes.
It is not a problem when it is one individual, but what happens when it is a million customers and they each make or receive 5 calls per day.
That is a nice extra revenue. I wish I could do this.
So basically, just want to see if others are experiencing the same thing I am, especially after the ATT switch.
To ATT: I do not mind paying for the services I render, but I want it to be fair and be disclosed how I am being billed by the minute now..
Just one person but maybe there are more... I want to get with all the
Go Phone users and see if it is my imagination or factual.
