I have been being charged for 20 minute calls when we don't wven get 20 minutes and we are lucky if we get 18 minutes and it veries from either being charged for 19 or 20 when we don't even get that long. To add to this as well CCS as also been charging us for 2 or 3 minute calls when I know for a fact on those days and time they are charging us for times I am work and no one else is in my house.
Also we are being charged for 5 minute calls for 3.00 when it is suppose to be 1.75 for the first 5 minutes a cal for the 18 minutes that we do get is 4.68 or 4.80.
Now my husband has to call me collect from the Detention Center at this time, which I understand it has to be collect at this time but to be charged not only for calls not used but for over charged for calls that are suppose to be 1.75 that first 5 minutes and like. 25 there after but I know that is not no 3 for the first 5 minutes
