I have no knowledge of ever having signed up for this service. I have contacted the company at 888-999-0564 and spoken with Lou - ID #26181 (supervisor) and was told that because of my special circumstances they would credit my card for July 08 and Aug 08. He could not tell me how I would have begun these charges other than I would have clicked on an internet site offering me a $20 coupon offer to Walmart. I have requested from them any documents/contracts proving that I entered into an agreement with them. At the time this began on Oct 4 (this is the date Lou provided me with) I had just undergone total knee replacement surgery and was incapacitated and unable to use my computer due to my hospital and rehabilitation stays.
They also offer me a free year and a $10 credit.
I am also sending a copy of this to CT State Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, 55 Elm St., Hartford, CT 06106 to inform them of this internet scam.
