No product, no refund, no contact, stolen money and still operating! Internet

I placed an order with Eclectric Eletric through violetwands.com, violetwands.net... I recieved all of the automated email respones and reciepts and my card was charged $566.20.

I have sent more emails than i can count to ALL of the contacts on the site and have received only automated responses. My bank had originally refunded me the money... And has no denied my claim because it is over 60 days.

This website is still up and running! You could place an order right now... And you money will be gone!!! Please beware! I have spoken to a number of poeple in the industry and many people who used to be affiliated with violet wands are not any longer... It has been over a year and a half since anyone has had a successful order sent that i can find.

Here i am 6 months later with still no answers... And i find this site here that tells me im not the only one!
