On 12/24/07 I placed an order for $554.05 with the company, with the understanding that shipment would take one to two months, and it was a busy period of the year. Two months later, I had not heard or received anything, and made attempts to contact the company. The phone number went to a full voice mail box, and e-mails bounced saying their mailbox was full. I looked online and found other customers who were having similar problems.
I then contacted the Better Business Bureau, who made efforts to speak to the company, but were unable to find anyone to respond. My wife notified our bank, but because more than two months had passed (the two months the company says it may take to receive an order) they were unable to help.
It has now been over six months since placing the order, and we have not received the product or a refund, nor had any response from the company. They continue to take new orders and bill customers.
