Violet Wands Damaged, busted and ignored

Back in 2006 I spent $600 on a violet wand kit from Eclectic Electric.
I had bought a vintage wand from them a few years previously and their customer service was great, so when the new one arrived damaged, I was really dismayed when trying to get it replaced or repaired turned into a major problem.
To make a long story short, I was finally told to return it. I sent it back, and a month later, got a notice from the post office "return to sender, never picked up." Apparently EE never came to their PO box to pick it up.
I send a couple of emails after that, never got a response, and finally just gave up. It was a small chip that came out of the housing, and it still worked, so I just kept it.
I've used it maybe four times. The last time last weekend, another piece — the metal connection where attachments go in — just completely fell out of it.
Their website is, to me, completely confusing and hard to navigate. The text about going to their "help site" is crossed out, and I finally sent an email just to the support address listed.
Which came back as "mailbox over limit." GROAN.
Has anybody else had problems like this? Does anybody else know how to contact them, or where else i can just get the damned thing fixed?
I am sick that I spent so much money on something that I can't use.
