Placed an online order with Violet Eyes, and received an email that my order could not be completed as some items were out of stock. I emailed again asking to cancel the order and receive a refund, which they never responded to. The following month, my bank statement clearly showed I was still charged for the order and never credited with a refund. I sent them 4 more emails after that requesting a statement and refund during the next 4 weeks (1 a week) which were never responded to. I attempted to call them, and after speaking with someone, was put on hold, then hung up on. This is blatant thievery, and people should be aware before placing an order with Violet Eyes.
