Placed an order, my credit card was charged, they will not respond to me. They supposedly use reputable sellers. They say contact the seller first and then them if you don't have any luck. Neither thay

I placed an order with this company. They use partner sellers. They charged my credit card and my movie was supposed to ship next business day. It has been 26 days and I have received nothing. They say contact the seller first so I did with 3 emails. No response. Contacted them and got an automated reply that someone would get back to me to resolve my problem. Nothing. Sent another email. Another automated message. They won't respond and neither will the supposed seller. Called the phone number I got from my bank on the billing and it is no longer in service. Total scam
