I had the bundled package of internet, phone and satellite through AT&T. Dish Network was the satelitte provider. EVERY month I would have outragous amounts of porn charged to my account. Many in the same day during the day. HELLO? I have small children. I am not going to watch porn in the day and I HATE porn anyways. Well I called AT&T, they said call Dish Network. Dish network said NO REFUNDS. It's a fool proof system and there is no way you didn't order it. LATER I read somewhere that those remote can go through walls up to 150 feet. So I unhooked the box from the phone line. Still got charged. I know there are people that know how to charge other people's accounts and dirty workers that move charges around. I have also heard these same stories from other customers. My bill got so high with AT&T I could pay it and I lost all my services. I owe over $400. Probably the amount in porn charges. The problem is see when you have a bundle package AT&T pays the other people and then you pay AT&T. SO who do I go after? I want to file a class action. This is ridiculous. Why should I have something on my credit b/c a company ripped me off? I would like advice not only from AT&T workers but also Dish Network employees, and not ones that will cover their employers back sides. I want the truth. Anyone else with this problem let me know.
