The biggest sprint scam ever Boston

First off i called sprit to get a custom phone # they said they couldnt do it so i let it go and ended the call. Several hours later i get a call from a person in okc asking if karen was there. I say no there is no karen here and he ask if this is #... So im like absoloutly not this is #... He goes no im sure i dialed the correct #.. Turns out the nice people at sprint changed my # 23 times in a matter of 10 min after they had told me they couldnt change it to the # i wanted. So i call back and say whats going on i asked for a spacific # you said you couldnt do that and that was the end of it an now i have a random # that i dont know, didnt ask for and doesnt even match what the number i get when i call my home line from my cell. And i SIMPLY asked for my regular number back. This is where it gets good that all happent july 17 08. So i after dealing with a really nice lady at sprint she informs me that my account has been marked for fraud. I ask how is that possible she says that since my number was changed to much in such a short time it automatically goes into fruad flagging. I remind her that i didnt authorize that my number be changed at all. I asked they denied and that was the end of the call. So she says its going to take 4 days to get my original # back. (note: 10 min to change a number 23-30 times but 4 days to reinstate a number already on the account) moving on so then i say well thats fine i mean who cares that im losing busines as i use my phone for work 7 days a week. So what can i do i mean none of my clients know this new random # they gave me it doesnt have voice mail and doesnt even match the number in the my info section of my phone or the info they have on the account at sprint.com. So i wait and wait 4 days no cell phone pretty much. So the get that squared away and send me one of those automated follow up surveys i put in how dissatisfied i was and some customer servis rep calls me acouple days later i say there is no way you can help me or resolve my issues with sprint please do not call this line if i need anything from you i will call in. Said thank you and hung up. The rep calls back and is extry rude saying that she is just doing a follow up and would like to help me resolve my issue i say there is not a resoloution to the issue. That is when she flips out and starts yelling about how if i tell her what the issue is she can fix it and so on and so on i tell her that i am fitting to cancel my sprint account due to the sub par customer service there billing issues and lack of overall she says that sprint has the best customer care and best services if i knew how to use them. I respond with is that why your losing customers to verizon and cant get your Wi-Max software to work? And then i hang up. And 15 min later i need to call a client to make sure he got the ducuments i sent him via fax. And my phone says "you are not authorized to make this call at this time" thats it no reason no nothing i check sprint.com to make sure im paid up all set till 08 09 08 and the date was 7/30/08. Turns out the customore service rep put my account into fraud again and i havent had a cell phone since and when i call they are all hostile they yelled at my wife when she went to the store to see what was the issue
it is now 08/05/08 still no cell phone. But im still expected to pay and to cancell i have to pay a 200$ fine for a phone they wont let me have back? I ve done all they asked.

Any suggestions? And why would they give a customer call back service rep such power to shut a whole account down?
