I booked a bounce house with this company a month in advance for my 2yo's birthday. On the day of the party, we expected them to arrive at 12 (as stated on my invoice), but they were over 3 hours late!
I didn't think we should have to pay full price because it was so late and the party was ending soon, but instead of offering a discount or any other options, the owner threatened us with a cancellation fee. He was completely unsympathetic and offered NO apologies.
At the end of the day we were left with charges for a bounce house that we never got to use. We finally had to pursue the issue with our credit card company. Spare yourself the heartache and use ANY OTHER jumper company.
