Consumers beware! A year ago I had a horrible experience with Jolly Jumps. I hoped to be done with it, until I recieved a harassing phone call today on a my private cell - the caller told me directly that he had gotten my private information from JOLLY JUMPS STL, who apparently still had me on record after they'd botched my experience last year!
The caller somehow knew that I had used (or attempted to use - since I never recieved the product I attempted to purchase) Jolly Jumps STL for a party last year, and he knew that JOLLY JUMPS RELEASES PERSONAL INFORMATION in order to settle personal vendettas.
When I contacted Jolly Jumps to request that they stop releasing my information, the woman on the phone at first played dumb, as though she didn't know who I was. After some prodding, she said "I know exactly who you are you little bitch and you don't know who you are messing with!" Jolly Jumps intentionally gave out my personal information for the sole purpose of causing trouble for me! Thank God I've moved from the address they have on record!
do not give your personal information: name, address, phone number or credit card number to jolly jumps, saint louis mo!!!
Their service is horrid and, god forbid you confront them on that horrid service, who knows what they will do with your private information once they have it. *Sounds like blackmail to me!!! * I for one am changing my information to protect against JOLLY JUMPS and potential IDENTITY THEFT!

Jolly Jumps STL extorts its customers! Jolly Jumps shows up hours late to the gig, and refuses to adjust the price to compensate for the lost time. It is then Jolly Jump's policy to threaten to tear down the unit in front of dozens of crying children unless their customers pay the full amount for all scheduled hours, even though it was their fault that the unit was not on site!

I could not believe the inadequacies of this company. My son's party was scheduled to begin at 1:00 and all the children were being picked up at 5:00. The unit was supposed to arrive at 12:45. I called every 15 minutes until 2:00, when the driver finally arrived. His excuse for being late was that I was 'second on his list' and that the GPS in his truck didn't work. We had to have the unit torn down and pulled out of the back yard in front of my son and all of his little friends. My family was humiliated and my son's birthday was ruined.
