If you every come across this website www.fashioncellshop.com please all consumers do not buy anything from this company! I order a 2 cell phone cases from this company. The website has pictures of what the cell phone cases should look like. They must have taken pictures from another website and placed it on their website. When i received my case i was shocked that any company could pass off merchandise like this! They put on their website bling out your phone with our case (as if they are using quality crystals). They use cheap plastic cell phone case and the so called crystals looks like melted plastic rolled into little balls. I mean these are certainly not crystals. On the website they show these beautiful cell phone cases that sparkle and shine (wrong) you get plastic. On top of everything else they did not even fit the phones (env and voyager).
I emailed customer service and they were rude and nasty very very very unprofessional. I am not used to dealing with uneducated people such as this company. They told me to stop harassing their customer service dept. And put a block on my email so i could not send an email. This was becasue i was making a complaint about the quality of their merchadise. I told them i saw another report about their company on usacomplaints.com and they said rip off report was a joke. Needless to say i reported this company to the better business bureau and threw the merchandise in the garbage where it appropriately belongs. Buyers beware stay away from fashion cell shop inc.
