They have terrible customer service and horrible turn around time due to the fact that their warehouses and offices are in Hong Kong. My company sent in 3 cell phones to be recycled during the last week of November. We just received the checks yesterday February 21 after multiple emails to them.
Do not do business with them, especially through their cell phone recycling program, unless you are willing to write angry emails and wait 12 weeks like we did.
