I recently used just flowers to place a order for a funeral arrangment. The person on the phone assured me the flowers would be delivered "by the next morning" figuring the visitation hours would not beging until 2pm i felt i had plenty of time for error. Boy was i wrong! As of 6pm that night the flowers were still not delivered.
I spent well over 45min during visitation hours, which should have been with my family, trying to find out what was going on, i finally told them just to cancel my order. Which i was told could not be done. Matter of fact i was treated as if i should have known that the flowers had a chance of not being delivered by the promised time. I was accused of being a liar about our original agreement on delivery time and at one point in our converstation i was hung up on. I cant believe the way this corporation treats thier dissatisfied customers.
