I unfortunately did not do research on this company before I ordered from them. BIG MISTAKE!!!
I ordered a few items from them & received a confirmation by e-mail. They, of course, took the money out of my account a couple days later. But, I have yet to hear from them about whether or not my items have been shipped. I have e-mailed them... No response. I have tried calling them, but I keep getting that stupid message telling me to call back later. So I called a number that was on the BBB website & I left a message, but of course, no response.
These people are obviously thieves & why they are not in jail, I don't know. So I was wondering, has anyone taken any legal action against these people? I think everyone sometimes thinks, well, my order was only $20, so I'm not gonna make a big deal out of it. But they are doing this to A LOT of people & personally, I feel, they need to suffer the consequences of doing this. They are stealing from us & getting away with it!
So I'm in contact w / my credit card company to get my money back & I'm going to see what I can do to stop these people.
