I have been constantly harassed by this company since 07/16/08. I have received calls at both my home and work (even though they have been asked numerous times not to call me at work). They call my house at 7:00 in the morning several times a day up until 9:30 at night, and then when you pick up the phone you hear a series of clicks and the line goes dead!
When I try to ask them questions, I get a response like you should already have that information it was sent to you on xxx date they are not responsible for giving you that you owe the money just pay the bill.
When I have asked to speak with a supervisor, Donna to name one (in the past), I get the same treatment from them as well. All they want is for me to settle with them and then go after the company to settle my dispute. Also, employees are not very eager to give you their name.
Today was the last straw, I received a call at work with a recording This is John from Pinnacle Financial Group; if this is (NAME) please continue to listen. If this is not (NAME) then press 9. So I continued to listen because they were asking to speak with my husband. When the lady and I use that term loosely came on the phone line I asked her why they continue to call me at work. She stopped me mid sentence and said this is an attempt to collect a debt any information obtained will be used for that purpose she then asked if I knew (NAME) and I stated yes, that's my husband. She said we have an outstanding bill in the amount of $000.00 and you need to pay this immediately or we will report it to the credit reporting agencies as being a deadbeat! I tried asking questions, but was repeatedly cut off. When I asked that the calls be stopped to my place of employment, she said you have to speak with my supervisor. I was then on hold for 23 minutes and finally hung up.
They are not interested in collecting a debt. I think they enjoy harassing people, playing mind games; and just generally pissing people off. They have called me names, made reference to my family and this is not right. They can not continue to get away with this and treat people in this manner.
