Sent flowers late and won't give refund and won't return email or phone call! Pennsylvania

I had purchased a toss bouquet, and 1 corsage. So I then emailed Susan and let her know that I actually meant to order a Mother's corsage. She emailed back to me and said "that's ok I will take care of you and send you 2". I then sent an email back stating "ok so I am getting 2 corsages right?" The email back to me was like Susan didn't remember her email so I then asked her ok if I send you a check in the mail for the other one I will get 2 corsages and she said yes so I sent her a check.

So I received my order and the only thing in the box was the toss bouquet and 1 corsage and it was not the Mother's corsage. So I called her up again and she said she had not received my check yet. I said that is ok because I am going to order 2 more for the top of the cake so I could incorporate my colors into the cake and I would like all 3 shipped at the same time to save on shipping costs.

Then on June 12 I contacted Susan by email to confirm that my order would be on time before my wedding on June 21 and she stated " yes your order was sent out already (it was the Friday 1 week prior to the wedding) you should get your order on Mon or Tues. Well the 20th of June came an still no flowers so I contacted Susan by telephone and had to leave a message and no return call. So my mother and I had to go purchase her corsage and the flowers for the cake somewhere else.

I finally contacted Susan by email and got a response I told her that my flowers never arrived before the wedding and she stated " when you get them return them to me and I will refund you". I have left several messages and have sent several emails and still have heard nothing.

I should have known by the first incident with her saying she will send me 2 corsages and then not remembering she had said that. She did cash my check that I sent her so she did recieve it. I read the other report on this company and thought I would do the same I feel bad for the other person out $125.00 and I am grateful that mine was only like maybe $20-$30.

My suggestion to people who are looking to buy flowers get them elsewhere it will be worth the extra money in the long run you will have enough to stress over and your flowers should not be one of them.
